I was worried because my family members would arrive without speaking eiter English or Arabic and at the reception they met Abdu, who managed to talk to them in Spanish all the time, he was always kind and extremely supportive, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. The experience for them was amazing and they are grateful for everything he did and also because of the support received by the rest of the staff.
